Core Responsibilities
· Identify technical skill gaps through Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering departments.
Develop and implement annual technical training plans aligned with production, quality, and engineering objectives.
· Design and deliver training modules for textile machinery (spinning, weaving, finishing), mechanical and electrical systems, automation, and process optimization.
· Create and update SOPs, technical manuals, competency/skill matrices, assessment tools, and certification programs.
· Maintain accurate training documentation, competency records, and audit-ready files.
· Plan and deliver soft-skill training programs for local staff, managers, and expatriate employees (communication, leadership, teamwork, cultural awareness, etc.).
· Support Performance Management System (PMS) activities including goal setting, KPI development, competency evaluation, and performance review training.
· Manage and update employee training data, performance records, and learning workflows in Darwinbox.
· Track training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, training KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
