Finance Director

We are Management Company in Hospitality Industry in Uzbekistan. Currently We have several big projects in hospitality. End of this year we are planning to launch whole year resort in Beldersoy area.

Job Brief

We are in search of a seasoned Financial Director who will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our resort, located in Beldersoy with head office in Tashkent city center.

The role involves strategizing on financial issues, implementing financial plans, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and optimizing financial performance.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in finance, be well-versed in all aspects of financial management, and possess the ability to strategize from both a financial and business perspective.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies and plans
• Oversee budgeting and reporting, financial modeling, and forecasting
• Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results
• Coordinate and produce all tax documentation as required
• Ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines
• Manage relationships with partners and investors
• Identify and manage financial risks and opportunities
• Report to the CEO and board members on financial status and investment plans
• Supervise a team of finance and accounting professionals

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Financial Director or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws, and best practices
• Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting
• Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software
• An analytical mind with a strategic ability
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• BSc/BA in accounting, finance, business administration, or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus
• Professional certification such as CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus
